NZSIF EQUIPMENT CHECK PROGRAMME

NZSIF members are invited to participate in this programme designed to educate snow sports participants to take more responsibility to ensure their safety on the slopes. Injuries can be caused by ski and snowboard equipment not functioning the way it should and this can be rectified by getting it checked prior to hitting the slopes.

NZSIF members are in an ideal position to help educate participants about safety and ensure their equipment operates correctly. They have the expertise to check it and fix it if required.

How many of your customers just drag their ski or snowboard equipment out from under the house at the start of the season and head straight to the mountain?

This programme is designed to change this attitude and as a result minimise the number of injuries. Snow sports participants can get their equipment checked at a NZSIF member outlet for FREE.
